Sanford OccMed web-based reporting is available 24/7 and provides current and historical reporting records for our clients. This free service provides immediate access to work-related screening results and other reports, such as:

  • Drug testing results
  • Immunization documents
  • Physical exam reports
  • DOT forms
  • Work injury status reports 

To take advantage of this free service, you must complete an access agreement. Every authorized company representative is required to complete one.
